As the last 4 days were jammed-packed with activities and travelling between venues and cities, today’s post shows some highlights of what we’ve been up to till now.
Recording
Tim Jansen and Sofia Ara spent an afternoon with us in studio at their academic facility in Amsterdam, the SAE. Tim and Sofia were keen to record violin as part of their training. We recorded a session first for a local singer-songwriter Izzy Goosen (EP comes out in October, good stuff) and with the rest of the studio time we recorded 2 of our newer songs in an acoustic setting. We’ll post them up as soon as the mixing is done.

Maloe Melo
This longstanding venue in Amsterdam is where music lovers and performers drop in to listen or jam. We played a set and then a jam session kicked off. It was so amazing to meet passionate musicians with illustrious careers behind them popping in just to jam with other musicians! And Jur the host is the just the sweetest!

Worship Session
Friends of ours are part of The Tabernacle house of prayer that meet weekly to pray for the city of Amsterdam. It was food for the soul to play at and attend the lunch time prayer-through song session for the city.

Taverne Bergen
Taverne is a cosy, welcoming restaurant with the friendliest bar staff! We felt at home immediately. The regular crowd are interactive and great listeners, we had a fun time performing here.
