Today we found ourselves giving an impromptu music appreciation class at a summer school near Amsterdam. The kids loved it and for many of them it was the first time they had ever held a real instrument. When asked what moods music can be, the first hands up said beautiful, happy and boring …they definitely didn’t have a boring time with us!
